Fun Dive
You have a licence and you want to use it properly. Four divers maximum per guide, so nobody is herded. We pick the route in the morning from the tide and the forecast — Sail Rock, Koh Ma, Little Sail Rock or the oil platform — and when conditions allow we string several sites together in a single day.

Try Dive
The first time you breathe underwater is a strange and very good feeling, and it should not be rushed. This is one full day with a maximum of two students per instructor — genuine attention, not a queue. We start in the calm, current-free water at Koh Ma, and if you are comfortable, Sail Rock is on the table too.

A full day in the water
No certification · 1 day
Basic Diver
One step past the Try Dive and the best value on this page. A full day gives you time to actually learn something — mask, buoyancy, equalising, hand signals — instead of just surviving the experience. It is also the natural run-up to the Open Water course, and most of what you learn here carries straight over.

Sail Rock · from the surface

Snorkelling
at Sail Rock
Sail Rock rises from 40 metres to above the surface, which means the good stuff starts in the first few metres. Come for the boat ride and stay at the top of the water — this is how families keep everyone on the same trip, and how nervous first-timers work out whether they want to go further down.

Coming as a group,
or with children?
Tell us the ages, the experience levels and your dates, and we will build a day that works for all of you on one boat — divers below, snorkellers above. Children can Try Dive from 8 years old and take the Open Water from 10.
What is included in every price?
Your SSI instructor or guide, full equipment (regulators, BCD and wetsuit, XS to XXL, all new as of 2024), a hot lunch with rice between dives, and plenty of fruit and hot and cold drinks on board. Underwater camera rental is 600฿, or have your instructor film your dive for 800฿.
What time do we leave and get back?
We depart at 9:30 from Chaloklum, which puts us on the sites while other boats are already heading home. The boat is back at Chaloklum pier around 15:30 — in good time if you have a 17:00 ferry. Come to the shop in Chaloklum the day before to fill in the registration forms, then meet us at the boat on Chaloklum pier at 9:15 — all the equipment is already on board, so there is no gear fitting at the shop.
Can I do a Fun Dive if I haven't dived in years?
Yes. Tell us how long it has been when you message and we will plan the first dive as a refresher — shallow, calm, and unhurried — before anything more ambitious.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety comes first, and the call is ours: if we cancel the boat because of the weather, you get a full refund. A little morning rain doesn't stop us — the sea conditions decide. The rough-weather season is the monsoon, roughly November to mid-December.
How do I book and pay?
Send us your dates and level on WhatsApp. A deposit secures your place, and you can pay in cash or by Revolut. Fill in the registration forms at the shop the day before; it is open every day from 9:00 to 19:00.
Do you pick up from hotels?
No — taxis on Koh Phangan are expensive, and renting a scooter for the day (around 250฿) is cheaper and easier. The shop is in Chaloklum village on the north coast, and the boat leaves from Chaloklum pier.
